An escape room at Zero Hour is a fully immersive adventure game. Players enter a themed room and use elements of the room to solve puzzles and riddles to complete a mission or “escape” the room before time runs out. Teamwork, creative thinking, and a team with a diverse skill set is critical to successfully completing the mission!
2. How many people do I need to play?
All of our escape rooms are private and can fit up to 8 people. Note that Mad Tea Party requires a minimum of 2 to play. But remember, the more brains, the merrier!
3. Are escape rooms good for groups?
Zero Hour Escape Rooms is GREAT for groups! Whether you are booking a Minneapolis Party Bus outing or a group escape experience for you and your coworkers, Zero Hour would love to show you a good time.

4. Are there age requirements? What games are best for kids?
All our games tend to be challenging and recommended for adults only.
5. Do I need any prior puzzle-solving experience?
Not at all! You just need to be prepared to look high and low, think outside the box, and work as a team. Clues are everywhere!
6. Am I seriously going to be locked in a room? Is it scary? Are there clowns? I hate clowns!
Each room has an exit button that will allow you to walk out of the experience. You can come and go from the rooms during the game using the emergency exit button. And don’t worry- if you and your team can’t escape in the allotted time, we are legally required to let you out of the room!
Zero Hour Escape Rooms are not scary! The lights are on, you won’t be claustrophobic, and there are no clowns – promise! Note that A Quiet Place has supernatural elements and may scare some children. Kids under 14 need at least one adult to be in the room with them during the game, and kids under the age 8 play for free.
7. What is the cost per person?
We accept all major credit cards.

8. I ONLY WANT TO PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Lots of people only want to play with their friends, family, or coworkers which is why we’ve made all our escape rooms private! You’re guaranteed to have an unforgettable experience that’s just for your group.
9. Do I need to bring a whole team?
Nope! Tickets are sold individually and you can buy as many or few as you want. But whether you’re booking just for two or booking for your entire crew, all rooms are private and exclusive just for you and your fellow escapees:
A Quiet Place – game can accommodate a maximum of 8 people
Mad Tea Party – game can accommodate a maximum of 8 people
Kraken the Case – game can accommodate a maximum of 8 people

10. HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?
We recommend making a booking. We are a small business, so our hours are subject to change based on bookings. Find our address and contact details here. And then drop by to enjoy our thrilling escape games.
To skip the queue and for your convenience, we recommend making an advance booking online.

11. I’m booked and ready to play – when do I show up? And what if I’m late?
Please make sure you and all members of your group are here and in the lobby 15 minutes before there game starts. Don’t be late – this is critical for everyone’s experience, especially if you did not book the entire room. Once the game has started, you will not be permitted to join.
Individual late players can join when they arrive. If the whole group starts late, time may be taken from your game.
12. What is the parking situation?
There is ample parking in our parking lot, so nothing to worry about there!
13. What if I need to reschedule?
Games can be rescheduled up to two times by calling us at least 48 hours in advance of your booking. To reschedule please call 763-270-0653.
14. Do you offer refunds?
We charge a 10% cancellation fee before the day of the booking. Due to the constraints of time lost when a scheduled game is missed, we do not offer refunds for cancellations made on and after the booking date
