1. Why are escape rooms a great team building experience?

Escape rooms build problem-solving skills. Want to ramp up your employees’ reactions to issues that pop up during the workday? See what happens when they’re faced with a brain-bending puzzle!


Escape rooms develop creativity. There’s no better way to break out of old thought patterns than by challenging your team through active entertainment! Our game masters keep things fresh by interacting with our guests. Anyone who visits us will have to think in new and creative ways in order to escape.


Escape rooms motivate your employees. A trip to Zero Hour will help your employees stretch their boundaries and develop a newfound confidence in their leadership skills. Plus, it’s a blast!

2. How many team members can you accommodate?

Depending on the number of players, groups will be split into teams to play 2, 3, or 4 of our games simultaneously. This means we can accommodate up to 34 players at a time; if your group is larger, we can arrange a rotation of players over multiple hours. Just let us know!

3. What does the typical experience include?

The typical experience includes:

5 minutes – Introduction and overview of rules and strategy
60 minutes – Puzzling and escaping
5 minutes – Solution walkthrough and debriefing

4. What is the process when we arrive?

When you arrive for your event, you will be greeted by our staff and begin filling out our waiver forms. Once waivers are completed, one of our hosts will guide you through a brief orientation after which your games will begin!

5. Do you offer catering?

Sorry, we don’t cater, but we are happy to assist you in choosing from several local restaurants that can meet your needs in this area.

6. Can we bring decorations? When? Who sets up?

Sure! Please let us know when you book if this is something you would like to do and we will make arrangements for it.

7. How long will we have the space for?

For thirty-four or fewer participants, expect around an hour and a half to get through the games. If you are interested in hanging around for some time before or after, please mention it when you are arranging your event with our staff and we will work to accommodate your needs.

8. What is your deposit policy?

We require full payment at the time of booking. Not quite sure how many people will be coming? No problem, just book the maximum number of people you expect and we will refund up to six tickets if some people are not able to make it.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

Pretty much everything! Cash, card, or check are all fine!
